Referral Program Rules

Real Estate Agents

• If a real estate agent refers someone for a Private Office Membership, they will receive a one time $300 commission fee when the referred person completes his/her 3rd month at TWC with a 12 month lease.

• The real estate agent must notify TWC of a referred private office member (or vice versa) to claim a referral bonus. These communications can be made by emailing hello@theworkersclubny.com.

• If no mention is made of a referral by the referring real estate agent or by the referred party after two weeks has passed into a new membership, no referral bonus will be awarded. 

• The referral bonus will only be awarded once per referral. (ie Jane refers Dan and will receive one $300 credit for this referral. Jane cannot refer Dan a second time to receive an additional $300. If Jane refers Joe, she will receive another $300 credit.)
